What is the shipping process for complete bikes?
All bikes are professionally pre-built and inspected by our mechanics before being partially disassembled for secure shipping. You will only need to perform minor assembly, such as attaching the handlebars and pedals.
Do Saracen bikes come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all new Saracen frames are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Components are covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties, typically for a period of one to two years.
Can I return a bike if it is not the right fit?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that bikes must be unridden and returned in the same condition they were received to qualify for a full refund.
