We want you to be fully stoked on your new ride, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all Saracen bikes and gear in original, unused condition. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we are here to help you get back on the trails as quickly as possible.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our rider support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully repackage your items in their original shipping crate or box, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a professional collection for full-sized bikes.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned items to verify their condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
